Adrienne
Adrienne is a medicine woman, a messenger of the Earth, an herbalist, a guide, a space holder and teacher. Her voyage into the realms of plant medicine, healing, and spiritual exploration has spanned eight illuminating years. Adrienne is trained in the Wise Woman Tradition of Healing, Sacred Plant Spirit Medicine, Holistic Healing, and Traditional Herbalism. Her path of study is one that explores the connection of the physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual aspects of wellness in both linear and non-linear realms. Adrienne’s lineage comes from the lands of the SWANA region (Southwest Asia + North Africa). These ancestral threads serve as a foundation and a guiding light that moves through her heart as she weaves a fabric of remembrance and connection to tradition, ceremony, healing, and land. Adrienne’s calling is to guide others in their quest to reconnect with the Earth, Spirit, and their own bodies + hearts. Through her work, she offers a sacred space for individuals to access wisdom, support, and healing. She is passionate about helping others traverse the intricate interplay of the physical and shamanic realms to allow the plants to guide one in the unearthing of the profound beauty that resides within each of us.
Body Oiling Ritual
Together we tend to the body temple as the most impeccable lover to ourselves. Oiling the body with fragrant plant oils, honoring every inch of our beautiful unique vessels and dropping into a state of receiving through getting to know our own sensual touch.

The Art of Surrendering: Stillness and Spirituality in Burlesque
Through storytelling, dialogue and movement, this workshop is an introductory exploration into a unique style of burlesque. As an interdisciplinary artist and a certified archivist, Joyce LeeAnn will introduce her approach to the concept of embodying archives, which is a conceptual framework that describes the memories and records we *choose* to carry genetically, spiritually, and physically in our blood and bones. What transformative potentiality awaits when this practice intersects with the art of burlesque? Together we'll look back to fuel forward, intentionally surrender into the here and now, and transmute any energy by moving through it with stillness.

Baelynn Elspeth
Baelyn Elspeth grew up in Los Angeles studying dance from the time she was 4. This affinity with movement provided a doorway into her relationship with spirit, health and the body. She has since journeyed into deeper pathways of Self cultivation through studying various practices in the Sacred arts, is a student of Zen, the Tao, and the “Way of Tea”.
Currently Baelyn resides in Santa Fe, NM and devotes her time to sharing and facilitating sacred space for communities all around the world, bringing the medicine of Tea and Ceremony wherever she goes. She guides others in making space for the sacred in their daily lives ~ through immersive retreats, workshops, and online mentorships.
Ceremony
Cha Dao "The Way of Tea" is a practice that comes from ancient Chinese lineage. It has been used since its discovery by the Daoists and Sages as a form of medicine and a way to cultivate awakened presence, sustaining long states of meditation. Tea is a plant teacher, a spirit of Nature, manifested through this Leaf and awakened by hot water. When served with intention in ceremony, it is a dance between the elements, a sensory exploration of presence, where everything is connected by space.
We will begin this virtual time we share together with tea, creating space to drop into silence so that we may arrive fully and attune to the present moment. Please have a kettle of hot water and a quiet space set up to sit for tea. You are welcome to have tea present in any way that feels familiar to you. Most importantly, we will be sitting together in quietude, absorbing a moment of peace. After we will talk a bit about Tea as a plant teacher and how Tea lessons are life lessons.
What does it mean to live a daily life in reverence to self cultivation and practice? How can Tea help us to transform over time, bridging our mind and heart?
About Jaguar Womban
Jaguar Womban (La Vonne Natasha Caesar) is a multidimensional healing artist, Medicine Womban and Visionary Mother of The WOMBNation. She is an intuitive herbalist, ancestral channel, poet and teacher who shares ways to connect to Mother Earth using Plant Medicine and Ceremony. In both her private TEAsessions and monthly virtual New Moon WombSteam, Jaguar teaches how to use the unique self-care practice of WombSteaming as a Ritual of Prayer and a Sacred Tool to awaken our innate Womb Wisdom and Divine Internal Guidance System.
Jaguar's journey into the mystical began when she was struck by a car while on foot and had a Near Death Experience (NDE) that left her in a coma with a diagnosis of Traumatic Brain Injury. This began her healing path of relearning walking, talking, reading, writing and social skills. She was first shuffled through traditional western medicine and rehabilitation and after not attaining the healing she desired, sought out a path of her ancestral traditions. On her journey, she experienced a solo pilgrimage of spiritual and physical transformation and formed The WOMBNation to bring the power of these life-changing rituals and her unique Jaguar Medicine to womb carriers worldwide.
Jaguar is a Yoga Alliance certified Hatha Yoga instructor, Kemetic (Ancient Egyptian) Yoga instructor, Thai Yoga bodywork practitioner and attuned Healer. She has an MA in Creative Writing/Poetry and is a published, poet, powerful performer and Alumna of Naropa University.
In both her healing work and creative expression, she incorporates her study and practice of Shamanism, Sanskrit mantra, sound healing, breathwork, Ancestral Plant Medicine, Movement, Creative Writing and Ceremony.
She is based in Oaxaca, Mexico and works individually and in groups worldwide in Spanish, French and English.
